Where is my design number?

It is on the confirmation screen you saw after sending your design, and in the subject of the confirmation email — “We received your design — FP-…”.
The private link and QR code from that confirmation open the same design page without the number.
Use the email address you sent the design with. If it still can’t be found, call +1 (800) 247-0265 and we will look it up.

A design you only saved, printed or shared from the home page was not sent to Fair-Play, so it has no design number — open your saved link or PDF instead.
